Hi all! It's been a while!
Last year, this site was a place where we all came together and discussed what was talked about in Sunday School; our ideas on God, faith, and spirituality; and any number of things that needed discussing! Let's start that up again! We have a number of new faces in the group and have lost some old familiar ones, but we are still all held together by the love of our Savior. Let this be a place where you can comfortably and safely ask questions and think through your faith.
God bless and welcome back.
Brian
I hope you're all having a great summer and enjoying the very warm weather! Just wanted to let you all know that Rachel and I are getting married THIS SUNDAY at 3:00pm at East Baptist and would love it if all of you would join us for the ceremony! Enjoy the week! God bless!

Love is what God is,
Love is why Jesus came,
and Love is why he continues to come,
year after year to person after person.
May you know deep down in your bones,
LOVE WINS.

Hi all! I hope you had a wonderful Easter! I know I did! It was great to see so many people in church! I wanted to share this video with you all as it was recently shared with me:
I also want to encourage each and every one of you to finish out strong! I know that many of you are finishing up your time in Seminary and in work before moving this summer and that we are losing many of our 20's & 30's at EBC as each of you move on to the next part of your life to which you have been called by our loving Father! I want to encourage you: don't give up! You have the strength in Christ to accomplish all things! Do not let fear or anxiety or the weight of your work and decisions weigh on you so heavily that you succumb to the pressure to give in! This is what it all comes down to: the decisions you make in the final seconds, when it is all on the line! Choose to be a winner, choose to be an overcomer, choose to be an accomplisher!
In the all-encompassing love of God our Father,
Brian
For those of you interested in learning how to form and share your testimony, check out this handout we talked about in our men's small group this week.
Grace interrupts time,
Grace interrupts causality,
Grace interrupts death,
Grace interrupted me,
Grace stops the pain,
Grace stops the line,
Grace stops the fears,
Grace stopped me.
Grace injects life,
Grace injects hope,
Grace injects healing,
Grace injects me,
Grace saves the broken,
Grace saves the poor,
Grace saves the dead,
Grace saved me.
I have been away from my people for too long. We I am back baby and ready to go.
On Sunday we start our journey through the book of Hebrews. I am excited! I hope you are too.
Check out this little handout, print it, memorize it, love it.

Hi all!
It was great to see those of you who came out to lunch yesterday at Uno's! I hope you are all getting excited for this Sunday evening's CONNECT service where our very own Jonathan Romig will be giving his first sermon! Come out to support Jonathan and to learn about and worship our King!
May God bless your week! See you all on Sunday! Never give up, but always trust in the strength and love of our God! In Jesus, there is always hope!
Brian
Hey all!
Thanks to everyone who came out to February's Connect evening service! It was a great success, and Christian did a good job of getting us thinking about how our faith is impacted and (if we're not careful) molded by what we see in the media! I hope you all have a great week as we move into the month of March and closer to warm weather! God bless!
Remember, our next Connect service will be the evening of the last Sunday in March and our very own Jonathan Romig will be preaching!
Make sure you come out to the Bridge fellowship this Sunday!
Brian
